The Promoter

1. Promoter: Hain Celestial UK Limited, 1 Finsbury Ave, Unit 1B, London, EC2M 2PF, referred to in these terms and conditions as Linda McCartney’s
   

The Offer

1. This offer is available in relation to a purchase of Linda McCartney’s chicken-style dippers, Linda McCartney’s chicken-style burgers, Linda McCartney’s chicken pieces, or Linda McCartney’s Southern-style chicken fillets that feature an offer sticker (“Qualifying Product”).
2. Where you have purchased and are not satisfied with a Qualifying Product and provided you have complied with these Terms and Conditions, you will receive a refund of the price you paid for the Qualifying Product (the “Redemption”) or, if you instead opt to receive a £1.50 money off next purchase voucher (“Voucher”), you will receive a Voucher. The Redemption value will be determined by the price shown on the till receipt.
3. By participating in this offer, you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility and Participation

1. This offer is open to residents of England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, agents, and anyone else professionally connected with this offer.
2. Purchase of a Qualifying Product and access to the internet are required to participate in this offer.
3. This offer is available between 01.01.26 and closes at 23.59 on 31.03.26 (which is the “Redemption Period”).
4. To participate, you must: (i) purchase a Qualifying Product; (ii) visit www.lindamccartneyfoods.co.uk and log your details (full name and address), proof of purchase, which will be an image upload of the Qualifying Product illustrating this offer sticker and your till receipt; and (iii) leave feedback of a maximum of 15 words on why you do not love the Qualifying Product.
5. Please note that multiple entries are not permitted – we allow a maximum of one Redemption equal to the price of one Qualifying Product or one Voucher, per household.
6. Once the Redemption Period has closed, no further redemptions will be accepted.

Claiming Your Redemption or Voucher

1. Upon providing a valid receipt, the Promoter shall arrange for a cheque or (where you opted for a Voucher) a voucher to be delivered to the address you provided within 30 days of the end of the Redemption Period, provided that the Promoter has received all requested information. You are responsible for ensuring that complete and correct details are provided to the Promoter in order to receive the Redemption or the Voucher. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any cheques or vouchers sent to an incorrect address.
2. There are no cash or other redemption alternatives available in whole or in part.
3. In the event that circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter affect, or could affect, the proper operation of this offer, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this offer or these Terms and Conditions at any time, but will make every effort to avoid causing undue disappointment to participants where such action is deemed necessary.

Ownership of Your Submission and Intellectual Property Rights

1. Your participation and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter (the “Submission”) will become the property of the Promoter upon receipt. To the extent that copyright arises in your Submission, you will own such copyright in your Submission but you agree to grant to the Promoter (without compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability) a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, sub-licensable right to re-use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, alter, combine with other materials, edit, incorporate, broadcast, telecast, exhibit, publish, re-publish, display, portray and/or otherwise use your Submission (and any parts of your Submission) in any worldwide media. You agree not to assert any moral rights in relation to such use and also agree that the Promoter will own all rights in any materials, photographs, videos, and other works which use your Submission (in whole or part).

Liability

1. Submissions deemed inappropriate, rude, or abusive by the Promoter will not be valid. If you are found to be abusing this offer, the Promoter, its products, employees, or directors in any way, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, exclude you from participating in this offer.
2. No responsibility can be taken by the Promoter for redemptions that are not seen or taken into account by the Promoter for technical reasons. Responsibility is not accepted for redemptions lost, damaged, or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware, or software failure of any kind, or inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet. Proof of sending/transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

By participating in this offer, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the Privacy Policy.

2. The Promoter reserves all rights relating to their website, social media pages and accounts, including but not limited to: (i) adding, removing, or modifying any content posted on the website and accounts, (ii) blocking users; and (iii) discontinuing the website and accounts at any time.
3. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions will not be affected and will remain valid.
